| i've been working out, but on and off. but this time i am more motivated to work out everyday! i dont know why though. lol neways i need a work out plan. i am planning to work out 4 days a week. and yeah. im using "Max-OT" training right now but i just found out that its for advance people. like body builders. oh i need a work out plan that wont need exercise buddies because i work out by myself. yeah borring! ahh habut yeah help me out guys!! thanks... |

Just do a sport you love for a couple hours a day, plus what you are already doing.  |
