My chest is starting to take shape. I can see my pecs coming out but they don't seem to meet in the center. What exercise gives you those bulging peck muscles? Like for example, my buddy tells the ladies to put their finger in the center of his chest and he squeezes their finger with his chest.I want to do that too. My center is just a little flat.

Just keep Benching, Incline Benching, Decline Benching, Cable Cross Overs, and Dips should do the trick. Brent MesserExercise Science DegreeCertified Personal Trainer NSCA-CPTSports Performance Coach USA-W http://www.fitnessweightlossandhealthblog.com/blog/

I love the dips, and keep benching. I'd have to say that they shouldn't meet to close to the center. Just keep benching maybe try to make your max higher. Anyway, pull ups help alot too. Don't get em to big because they turn into man boobs really fast if you don't take care of them long.
