im not fat but just a little blubbery and i want to get some abs not like the whole six pack deal just small abs. and nothing like where i have to go way out and do the whole serious cycling thing. just simple things. i have been doing normal workouts (llike, push-ups, cruches, riding the bike exc. )but i think i need to step it up a little bit. any ideas? |

| do cardio (walking, running, jogging) every day. it burns fat really fast. and eat less fat, LOTS less fat, make your meals consist of things like chicken, wheat breads, and fruits and veggies. healthy foods like that. skip candy bars or other foods like that, and ALWAYS read the nutrition label. if it has more than 4 grams of fat, it's not worth it |

| Cardio is great to help burn fat. Also, remember to eat healthy foods, and if it all possible, natural things. Green Tea is a proven natural fat burner, and I've heard a lot of good things about a product called "Ultra Lean Green Tea" Check it out in the sources section of this answer, my friend lost over 30 lbs in 2 months with this and exercise! |

| Well I think it's totally about self-control:Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurtLunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet barDinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)Or maybe a cup of special K or cheeriosSome other tips:DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZINGI recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your healthAnd of course, do at least 50 abs per dayGood luck |
