| I have been working out for the past 3 weeks at least 4 days a week. I wanted to get started on a program to get my muscles in shape.I have an average to slim built currently, coz i have not worked out in ages. But I am trying to get back in shape.I am a guy. My weight is 145, height 5'10 and age 22.Firstly, am i at a good weight for my height and age.?Secondly, I want to do more power lifting and some fitness exercise. Any recomendations. I talked to a buddy he said:Day 1 - Shoulder, Back, BicepsDay 2 - Chest, Triceps, AbsDay 3 - Cardio, LegsBut I am not sure what exercise to do for each of the muscles.Also if someone has a link to a good work out plan i would like that too.Thanks in advance |
