buy a running shoe. they have better support, are usually lightweight and breathable. just my opinion. hope I helped.

running! they have more cushion in the sole. go with New Balance orAsics

Go with the jogging shoe because a walker is too heavy to jog in, but you can always walk in a jogger.

buy a shoe that FITS your FEET high arches, wide balls, long toes, if it hurts u will not MOVE

either will be fine... if you are running, go with the running. the guys at the shoe store will kno wmore about it for sure.... congrats on your awesome healthy habits.... YOGA YOGA YOGA!!!
