| You need to do other exercises other than the bike, to help maintain a healthy body..The bike just works your leg muscles, and thighs..Don't forget to work on upper-body strength.Yes, You're doing it right. Your legs just burn a bit because they've been going in a continuous pattern, over and over again, and even though it wasn't challenging, your body gets tired of repeated movements. But, in order to increase your heart rate, you need to put some weights on it, or bump it up a few notches if you can.If you can't, then try running (that will always get your heart pumping), or swim..And really swim, not just daddle around..Big difference!Anyway, hope this helped!Oh and don't forget..If you exercise well, but don't eat well; Your body's going to have trouble getting in shape. |
