| bare feet is the best... when u wear feet for long distance you get blister... but with no shoes at all you never get blisters and you get your feet well aerated. |

| There are loads a trip to your outdoors shop should do it but expect to pay between 100 to 200 GBP Good luck and for that money I hope you like walking |

| There are several different brands on the market, but the key is a boot with comfortable fit and ankle support - meaning it should be at least above the ankle. Padded inserts work wonders, but if you're going to use them, make sure you have the inserts with you when you try them on. A comfortable boot will feel tight and cramped once you add an insert as well as your foot. |
