| it shouldnt really matter what the running shoes are..most of them now a days are extremely comfortable and meant for running. |

| I've heard that Nike shox are the best brand for runners, but I teach fitness classes and I'm sold out to Asics. They are comfortable and light weight |

| I would recommend going to a specialized running store. (i.e. not just a general sporting goods store) Usually the people who work there can recommend and have you try a few options to see what brand/style is best for you. Everyone's feet are different, so it's hard to say one kind of shoe is better than another. |

| It would depend on whether you were going to run on a road or on trails. The rubber on the soles are made differently to take the beating of either. |
