| i'm 202 lbsat 5'11and at that i'm pretty weak, i mean i can bench like 90.and i should be doing like 130 ATLEASTand i gotta lot of fat, which is probably gonna slow me down during football season.and i'm gonna concentrate on cardio and bench press.i found this cycling class in my gym, HIIT biking, for 60 minutesand i thought i was sweating my guts out after i was done.so i was thinkingthat 3 times a weekand the other 2 for bench press.but i really wanna lose my love handles sagging stomach and i wanna see my jaw line in about 1 1/2 months.and still be strong. can u help me out? |

| The way I lost all my weight was realy simple. After trying all those different diets that come out every week. I finally found that if I ate less and moved around more. I lost weight. I've been continuing this trend for the past 10 years.Keep in mind that trying to lose too much too fast will cause you more problems. |

| get a gym membershipset up a session with a coach and find a plan that will work for you |
