| i'm trying to keep my bodie the best i can, i rarely eat fast food, i've never been on a diet and plan to keep it that way. I reasantly found my bike in the back of my garage, i took it out for a spin, so im keeping fit by running through 15 acres of hills up and down, swimming 800 meters (stream) , running another 14 acres i then bike the 97 acres. so yeh i keep fit.. going through my age im becoming more skinnier and my packs (stomach muscles) are starting to show..just... but ive still got some fatty abs, I'm asking you lot out there, how'd i rid my fatty abs and make them muscle. what muslces do i build/tone while cycling.>3< how can i build my stomach muscles (packs) and my forearms>4< is it true that if you tense your muscles they actually build? howd do i tone my muscles.^6^ last but not least, if i bike 15 miles a day, is that good for you? and how long do you think it'll take, at an avg. pace. Thanks yours.Thomas Rhodes,$rolling in the$ |

1. By doing what you are doing and ad some abs work. There are lots of abs exercises get good at all of them a little at a time.2. Your heart and lungs and legs and hips and all the rest. If you are on a rough terrain course you know how demanding this is on your whole body.3. Get a book on exercise, one that is not trying to sell you something other than knowledge. Not a program or a system. These have Stupid titles but are full of really great info.4. If you tighten your muscles they get good at tightening. That's what muscles do. They get good at doing what you ask of them. If you don't ask anything of them they get good at not doing anything 5. See # 4.Your only problem could be your diet. You can have the best abs known to man but if they stay covered by a soft layer of fat because if you are on the meat, gravy, bacon and biscuits diet, you will never see them. Try Nutrition for Dummies. To see your abs well you need to lose the fat off your body and not replace it with more.Make sure you workout / ride you bike and run for long enough periods to the fat burning period. |
