| I want to get encouraged to exercise. I usually exercise every day 24/7, but lately I have been slacking. I usually eat healthy foods, but I just started to care less about what I eat. This is weird and I want my body to stay where it is at right now. I am a little toned, because I exercised a few days ago, but now I really want to exercise, but I don't have any encouragement. I normally encourage myself, but now it's like I need motivation from something else. I don't have a buddy to exercise with, because they are all busy with their lives. Any help please? How can I maintain my body and how can I get motivated without a buddy?I exercise better while dancing to music(FYI) |

| Sometimes when I'm feeling tired i kinda psych myself into it. Like first I start stretching because its easy and you can do it even when your feeling lazy. Just get on the floor and do as many stretches as possible. Then do some sit-ups and push-ups. By then you get the blood flowing and more up to doing exercise, going for a jog or whatever. Or even just clean your room or the bathroom or something. As soon as your moving it gets easier.Also maybe just eat better. If you eat right you have more energy and don't have to push yourself to exercise. One thing that happened to me was I became very anaemic (and I'm not even vegetarian) and did not know for months but it makes you increasingly lethargic.
