| I eat alot of unhealthy food. I love chinese food (orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, pork.etc.) and I love italian, thai and stuff like that. I eat alot of takeout. I need to stop and I need some healthy subsititutes. I also need to start exercising more. Any information on how to get started and some easy stuff to begin with would be greatly appreciated. Weight loss buddy(s) would be awesome! Websites that can ACTUALLY help me would be great too. |

| Same problem. Try cutting back all the junk. Letting yourself go every once and awhile is fine but just try to do small things. sparkpeople.com works great, you can make up your plan and they help boost your and keep you going. If you like watching TV instead of getting up during commercials, do some jumping jacks or crunchs. If you get tempted to eat junky food, eat Special K - it tastes great and is low in calorie intake. Just try reducing calorie intake to about 1200 a day or maybe a little less. Working out only a half an hour is great. Good Luck! |

| Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.No alcoholno breadno burgersNo candyNo chipsno cornno fried foodsNo pastaNo pizzaNo potatoesNo sodasNo energy drinksNo sugarGood Luck |

| I found a good way is to blog your way to fitness. My suggestion (this is what I am still doing).1. Go on the Atkins diet. Stick to the rules.2. Exercise, weight training, intensive cardio workouts.3. Keep a blog, post photos etc. To keep motivated.You can achieve a lot in 4 months, you could turn not only your body around but your whole life. Just Do It! |
