| Well I bought a bike (not the inside ones) and I was wondering these questions:How many calories would I lose if I cycled for one hour?How many hours should I cycle dailyOther than your legs, where does cycling help you lose weight?Any answers will be greatly appreciated |

| it all depends on HOW ur cycling. like fast, slow, uphill, downhill. the answers vary. |

| Cycling will not help you lose weight in your legs. It helps you lose weight everywhere, because that is how your body loses fat. You cannot simply lose fat in one body area. The number of calories burned depends on hwo fast you cycle and how much resistance. I recommend doign it at a high heart rate, over 150 probably, and doing it for as long as you can stand for up to 45 minutes. Don't do it longer than that or you may start to lose muscle. |
