Start by light walking, slowing increase length and speed of sessions, meanwhile focus on eating vegies & fruit, cut fast food out of the equation NOW, try swimming as well to build muscle as water is good for strengthening body. Go onto exercise websites for some better guidance on what would best suit you. Good luck!!

If you keep to a diet (not a stupid one like not eating at all), you will be able to burn that weight off considerably, depending on how long you do it for, but if you start now you will find it easier to burn more weight off now. And basicallyt just keep an excercise and try an do atleat half hour/hour every day.And cycling will he;lp depending on how long your doing it for and how hard you work at it

do that cycling and do the walking too. maybe dont do it every day, just every other day so u dont get a muscular fever. do some situps and stretching on the inbetween days. eat ur regular food but stay away from fried food, a lot of fat (look at the fat label on the packages), and stop eatig sweets (replace then with apples or other fruit) and replace the sodas with water or juice. keep eating bread and carbs and try to avoid foods with the high fructose corn syrup on the ingredients label.

i recently went on a rosemary connely diet, i suggest you google it, i lots 5 and a half pounds in my first week because its a low Gi diet and you get portion pots wich helps you realise how much you overeat. also, cycling is a cardiovascular excercise, anything that makes u out of breath will help and cardiovascular helps burn stubborn fat. brisk walking for 15 mins burns 100 calories.good luck

Before you try any kind of diet or exercise plan on your own, you might want to consider seeing a doctor to make sure you don't have a thyroid problem, or anything like that. Make sure you get checked completely, and if there is nothing wrong, then pick a diet and exercise plan that feels right for you, maybe even consult a dietician. I hope that helps you. Be healthy, not crazy, no crash diets.
