| this is an older plane with a bubble canopy a slender boom to the twin tail it looks much like a P 38 Lightning only smaller it has tri-cycle landing gear |

| There's two that sort of fit your description. One is a Cessna 337. It's a twin engine though, one in front, one in back. The other uses a ducted fan instead of an open propeller, but I can't remember what it's called, or who makes it. |
