| Okay, so a while back, I considered myself "Pro Ana". Even though I realize how dangerous that is, I have to admit... the thoughts still linger. I have pretty bad cravings, and often binge for no reason (maybe my body is deprived?) I am vegan, but getting 100% of the nutrients I need (plus a multivitamin) to stay healthy. I exercise about five times a week, minimum of thirty minutes, maximum of one hour. I have tried eating three medium meals a day, no dessert. I have also tried starving, fasting, and eating five to six very small meals a day. I think that the last one would work well, but I need willpower, and some tips to help stop my cravings.
