| Hi, I'm trying to lose weight and my main form of exerise is an exerise bike, I already have big legs and thighs so do not want them any bigger.When I cycle on high level resistance, it says I burn a lot more calories, but will this mean that my legs will bulk up even though I'm burning calories 10x quicker than on an easy resistance?Thanks in advance. |

| It will make the legs bulk up more on the higher resistance, which is why I cut the resistance and just cycle harder and faster to compensate. |
