| I have two pair and I love them and work out in them everyday. They do not "burn cellulite" however that is a false claim people have made.... they do make you use your abdominal and some differnet leg muscles to maintain balance, so they work your core more than a regular shoe. They are a bit heavy. But I find them amzingly comfortable to walk in, but you have to get used to them, when you first put them on they make you feel like you are working harder to walk. I got mine at walkers wearhouse they have discontinued styles for 1/2 the regular price. I also got my Mom a pair and she loves them and walks in them daily |

| I have two pairs. A pair of sandals and sneakers.I love the sandals (kisumi) black. The sneaks are not nearly as comfortable. They work by forcing you to hold your stomach in because you have to balance yourself. Some people can get the hang of the rocking while others lose their balance.I know it tones your legs up, especially if you walk in them. For me, I can walk so much faster in them because of the rocking. If you wear them too long, you can get cramps in your calves. They are expensive. I would try to get a pair off of Ebay before I plopped $200+ at a retail store. They tell you to order a 1/2 size up.Check out this site that pretty much has every MBT style. http://www.walkerswarehouse.com/mbt-shoes-video/mbt-shoes.asp |
