Do you think going on a diet partially made up of just soups is good? I would have like proper soups, not watery crap, made from vegetable and nuts and stuff.Do you think it is a good idea because i want to loose weight before sixth form so i can buy loads of new clothes cos the clothes i have now are old and i need some new ones, but mum won't buy me any, so if the old ones don't fit then i can have new ones.Im thinking soups for Dinner and for breakfast maybe a simple hearty bowl of porridge and then for lunch a light meal like a salad and some quorn with a cup of fruity herbal tea and green tea.Do you think it is a good idea, as well as the new regime of 200 sit-ups, 200 push-ups and 50 km cycling (i have an exercise bike, even though tis 30 years old ^_^) which ive started already. And get a summer job.
