| I am 5'10, 126 Ibs. I do 1 hour and 20 minutes of cycling on magnetic resistance bike + 30 minutes of toning and aerobics. Today, I ate. Lunch- grated beetroot, spinach, cream cheese and pumpkin seed sandwich (wholewheat bread) (288 cals)Seed and fruit bar (179 cals)4 choc chip rice cakes (62 cals each) granola bar (250 cals) Dinner- 8 grapes, 1 large carrot, 100g diet cottage cheese, 4 fish sticks,2 wholegrain rice cakes. |

| noyou should eat 1500 cals if you work out that day (at the least)if you don't work out that day 1200 cals at the least |

| Hi there!Your diet should contain about 1500-2000 calories a day. If you go to the gym everyday, you need to be sure to eat about 2250-2500 calories at the most! You can still eat what you are eating now, but you may want to portion out more of each food. Also, to get about 120 extra calories in each meal, eat 1 Tbsp of peanut butter. It is full of protein and full of those extra calories you need =)Thanks for your question! |
