I am 5'10 (almost), medium build and 125/126 Ibs. I have lost 10 Ibs since January as I was not happy as I was. But I am still not happy... What I mean is, I am happy with how I look, just about, and my size but the number bothers me. I feel as if, for a female, 125 or 126 Ibs is heavy, especially given there are so many who weigh as light as 112, 105 Ibs! Logically, I know I am not 'fat'. but the number makes me feel as if I am. I EXERCISE A LOT...as in over 2 hours a day, mostly fast cycling on my stationary bike, speed walking and squats etc. I am assuming I have muscle weight as I have gotten smaller. But I want to be smaller AND weigh lighter. I am terrified all this exercise will gain me more weight over time (I have been doing it 6 weeks or so) Will it?

If you are under 130 lbs. at 5'10" you are skinny. A lot of females may weigh less than you do but they are typically shorter.I'm a guy, borderline anorexic, 5'10", and if my weight ever gets to 124 lbs. or lighter I have constant nose bleeds, am light headed, and often feel like I am going to pass out. I like to be at 130 lbs. but look the best around 138 lbs.
