I cannot exercise for 3 days other than walking? (I usually do 90 mins cycling a day). I have to visit my mother and when there we usually eat out and stuff, and she has no exercise bike. I am so afraid I will gain weight from this.

Don't worry about it. Cycling is not the only way you can exercise. I am sure there are a lot of different thing that you could do to work your legs and maybe even other parts of your body as well. Try going for walks and even shopping with burn calories and all that fun stuff. I think you'll be fine.

Uh no you will not gain weight. Well you might like a pound or two? But don't worry about it you do that a lot of exercise anyways so when you come home I'm sure you will burn it all off. If you're worried just watch how much and what you're eating. Try ordering food with more protein or salads instead of greasy food.

Wow, you "have" to visit your mother and all you can worry about is possibly gaining a couple of pounds? And if the answer was, "yes" would you still go? Walking is still good and doubtful you'll gain weight by missing a couple of days of exercise. There may be other times in your life when you can't get it all in, so don't be so paranoid. Just be conscious of what you're eating and get back into your routine when you can. By the way, enjoy your visit with Mom! =]

Going out to eat isn't always bad, just order something healthy like chicken for protein which helps with muscle gain or a salad....some restaurants have a weight watcher menu you could choose from...you could do other exercises to keep the weight off. jogging, crunches etc.
