I lost 10 lbs. it took A LOT! of hard work and effort. I have 8 more to go. But ever scince easter I went off of my diet and I've been eating like a pig. Because of loosing a pet ans STREE STRESS STRESSS! I ate 1 1/2 boxed of Resses puffs in two days. Only 2 days scince then did I eat like my diet. I still kept my walking every day plan going. But will I have gained any "permanent" weight from this? Also, I just can't seem to get rid of my cravings! What is happening to me? I'm 16 and I want to look good this summer.

Don't worry, I'm your age too and am very strict about what I eat. I understand how at school vending machines and the food kids bring to school, i dont know about you, but people bring cupcakes and cookies for birthdays like everyday, and it can be difficult to stay on a diet. If you cant get rid of the cravings, try to replace the reeses puffs and things like that with healthier options. I absolutly love special k with red berries! A couple of weeks shouldnt hurt you too much, so just try to get back to a routine, like eat a healthy lunch and breakfast, then eat what you want for dinner.

In order to reach your goal, I would try portion control because cutting out the foods you love will having you losing whatever will power you have left and you'll con tinue to eat this way. Another thing you could do is to do workouts from the FitTV channel. They have this one program called Shimmy and I enjoy it because it involves belly dancing:D Do a workout that you enjoy doing and stick to it.I went from a 13 to a seven.
