I really want to look good in my bikini this summer...especially since i gained easily 3 pounds during examinations..I need someone to help plan me a workout session...something fun. THANKS!

yeah, definitely check out http://www.alfitness.com.au. I tried it and have lost 8lbs in 4 weeks so far. Still want to lose another 7lbs though U can track all ur food and exercise progress which is great for me cos keeps me in line.

If you want something to burn up some calories and fun too , get into some sports you love. Something that involves good physical movement, you wont get bored.
