hi..im 22 years old..and i badly wanted to lose few pounds (around 10 pounds) in a short span possibly... i have been using cycling bike to burn my extra calories.. Can anyone guide me on how much time i need to do cycling every day and how much can i expect to lose by cycling ..Additional info: i have also been careful on not plunging into high calorofic foodies I would appreciate if you can counsel me on the exercise procedure i can follow ...Thanks
