| With just regular walking my feet are fine. But if I walk fast the balls of my feet start to burn immediately and sometimes I end up with blisters. My treadmill is a waste because I can't find an insole (which is what I was told to get at a shoe store) that will help. I have not tried lamb's wool inserts, but reading about them mostly comment on warmth. Has anyone tried them? Any suggestions? |

| It might be your shoes... I had that problem before, and I had to get different shoes... Dr. Scholl's inserts are very good also. Make sure you're walking heel to toe, sometimes if you walk flat foot, it will cause burning... |
