| I use a polar heart rate monitor when I run, it tells me I am averaging 93% MHR with a maximum of 103% MHR. During this entire time (30-45mins) I am able to hold a conversation. How do I get a more accurate measure of maximum heart rate? I have used the 'aged based' one and the 'karvonen' method. |
