I have been going to the gym but cant seem to loose the weight especially my gut areaI am 6'1 weighing in at 209 Pounds, I also dont want to do huge amounts of cardio, becuase I dont want to loose the muscle. Whats a good diet, thats relaistic, or some good tips!I also take test booster(Novadex) which helps me with strength,I took several weight loos pills, nothing works.If there are some good products that worked for you and you have seen results, let me know.Thanks!

if you exercise but then eat loads again you are not losing weight...so make sure you dont do that...as well as exercise, you need to eat a balanced diet......eating little but often allows you to lose more weight than eating loads at once..so its not any products you need, you just need a bit of motivationand you are very tall....wow!good luckxxxxx

Why do you think that cardio causes muscle loss? It causes fat loss. Just keep up with (or amp up) your resistance training and add extra protein to your diet. Cardio is essential for fat loss.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Avoid sugar, bread, oil, and try to eat halve the amount of what you are eating now.

eat a balance diet...a handful a day.that way you have all the supplement your body needs...it is not too much and it is not too less.
