| They are both great "new age" workouts. Pilates is just another form of resistance training. It focuses on toning your core. And Yoga is a very low key type exercise that combines both flexibility and resistance training. You may not think it by watching an experianced person doing yoga. I will tell you this however... When I first started yoga I was dripping sweat 10 minutes into it. The choice really boils down to you... I say try them both out and see which one fits you. |

| Actually both are good they are really gentle and relaxing. You feel totally chilled afterwards they tone up really well if you stick to them regularly.Pilate's is a lengthening whole body makes you walk properly and is quite intensive. Its good for your tummy and pelvic.Yoga is based on mediation and works on mind and body. The exercise is based on different position taken from different animals theses cat stretch its very gentle and works the whole body its really deep it works on mind as well so you feel completely chilled.Try them out see how you get on !All the best ! |
