| Spend an hour in the gym daily doing weights and running on a treadmill or using a bicycle. Stick to healthy foods, lots of salad, raw fruit, and make sure it is a balanced and healthy diet. It will take about two months. |

| Fasting, not the best way. Just try to limit you SATURATED FAT and eat more fiber. you kno carbs are about 60-70% of your daily value, adn fat is 10-30% and since u got love handles and such, its only 10 for you. No fast food, soda and sweet stuff...not completely but limit it. Fast food is just bad news man! Soda is ok once in awhile and sweet u need in ur diet but moderately. Try to eat more vegies and fruits and whole wheat. more baked than fried. Try to add a salad ( without a pound of dressing in it lolz) in your lunch. As for exercising, do moderate to high intensity excercise for about 40-60 mins of your day. playing tennis, raquet ball is very gud excercise and soccer. ummm... running walking is gud...you kno dont do just one thing for and hour. do a variety of things. sit ups are good, lifting some weights little by little then increasing is good. Biking is good either outside or just at the gym...i can go on forever, but thats some of it. And once you've reached ur goal weight, PLEASE do not change this routine, make it your LIFESTYLE! thats whats the mistake most americans do becasue most americans gain that weight they lost, in the next 6 months ... acutally exceed it. ok hope you dint fall asleep reading that. =P |
