| first, dont use any diet pills. they are harmful and even if you loose weight then you will gain it back from the same unhealthy lifestyle you had before. weight is gained not according to what you eat but when you eat. eat a big healthy breakfast of fruits and grains, a smaller lunch, and little or no supper. (i have answered this question a hundred times.) vegetables and fruits are natural carbs, and they are absorbed instead of stored like fat, so you will loose weight eating them. drink lots of water, it cuts down the salt intake absorbed. DONT eat between meals. |

| just drink TONS of water and get your butt in gear walking, or jogging if u r in good enough shape to. You will lose weight quick. Diets are a waste of time. |

| i lost 30 pounds in one week from this:eat differently to change your matabalism.what i do is eat a HANDFUL of food every 2 hours. it helps, it really does. |

| Eat a large breakfast and medium lunch and have a small dinner, making sure you don't eat anything past 6pm and combine that that 3x30 minutes of exercise a day and you should lose a couple of pounds. Obviously cut out all junk food, make sure you eat healthy. |

| Yes.. diet pills are very bad.Look up information on detox diets. They last for 24 to 48 hours depending on what you are doing. Make sure you know all the facts before you start becasue you can seriously harm yourself.Also, just increase your whole wheat, whole grain, vegetable, fruit and fiber intake. Eat in moderation. Snack on something thats high in fiber (usually a protein bar-read the label and make sure it has a good amount of fiber)Exercise. Lift weights and do some cardio. Dont lift and do cardio in the same day. Heres an exampleday 1-cardioDay 2- lift- upper bodyday 3- restDay 4- cardioDay 5- lift- lower bodyGood luck |

| You never want to set a unrealistic goal if you want to lose weight. You also don't want to focus so much on the weight as you should on your health or what you deem problem areas. If you start focusing on the health aspect of exercise and proper eating habits you'll find that you'll notice an overall change in your appearance, attitude, energy and outlook. Diet pills aren't the way to go. What the diet pill developers don't tell you is that after long term use your body adapts and that is why they then come out with ULTRA or MEGA in front of recognizeable brands. They have to up the doseage so you the consumer will keep buying. All in all it's a very, very bad habit and won't get you the long term results you're looking for. There is NO quick fix, if you want to live and look healthy this is a long term committment, not something just for holidays, summers and perhaps easter weekend. First i'd suggest drinking four glasses of water a day. I'd also suggest not taking in too much starch ie; potato, rice and pasta. Pasta is okay so long as you're following up with Cardio! Cardio is great for the body! You should jog for 30 mins every day and just for toning i'd suggest doing weight lifting or Yoga three times a week. Depending on what your "problem" areas might be you can find many different exercise techniques to help you reach a realistic goal. Remember that the key to weight loss is not in the quick fix! you'll just gain all that weight and then some right back. Which is why most will tell you diets have a yo yo affect. |

| i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough green tea speeds up your metabolismdrink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.do not snackdo not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a dayget more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exerciseget more sleep it prepares your bodystretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little tallercount your calories try to stay under the amount of 1200 calories per daychange you're lifestyle it makes a differencedo not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein barsavoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you're mom when she cooks you're meal to oven cook you're food do not fry itchew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum awaydo not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.do not eat before you go to sleepdrink a glass of water before you go to sleepdrink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolismdo not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )good luck!you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a weekalso for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! |

| do a diabetic diet eat 3 small meals a day measure your food eat less calories, fats, and carbs stay active all day do not go to sleep untill bed time and excersise it dont have to be major walk an hour a day or weight lift trust me it works i was 300 pounds when i first gor diabetes it been 11/2 months and now i'm 260 |
