| Diet pills don't work and they are harmful to your body.I don't think you're going to have much of a change in time for easterbut try cutting your calories back by 2-300 calories.eat whole grains and lots of fruit like banana's and apples.soda is empty calories so try to drink water.cardio excersices are really good for burning calories.the big thing is not to be taking in more calories than you're burning in a day.Don't skip meals, especially breakfast.Breakfast should be your biggest meal, it needs to have complex carbs to give you energy for the daytry visiting self.com, you can sign up for the 2008 self challenge, its completely free. |

| I'm sorry but starsweetie isn't right.I can lose 7 pounds without anything hard.Just eat only 1000-1500 calories a day.Do 30-1 hour of excercize (prefrably dancing).And don't get me wrong not like a dance class or anything that costs. Just get your stereo and any CD's and dance your heart out. And if you eat over 1000-1500 cals just do more excercize afterwards. Simple. Money free.
