Yoga. I think it is so relaxing but at the same time you get a great workout.

I would do any of them except gymnastics because I'm chubby, LOL. But all of these methods of exercise require concentration and discipline as well as help to develop your body. All of these in combination help for a more rounded physical and mental balance IMHO.Keep in mind though that there are different types of yoga, some more strenuous than others, so yoga isn't just meditation.

If people never got old, then gymnastics for sure! But since you can't do gymnastics for your whole life, I would say ballet. It's good for your posture and it's a good workout. I tried to do yoga, and it didn't really work out for me lol!!

Yoga or pilates because these things are low impact and improve strength, balance and flexibility. If we actually are talking the rest of your life, gymnastics is far to hard on the joints and leads to joint deterioration long term aka arthritis. Ballet is fun and would be good as a non performer but again, for the serious dancer, it can be hard on the joints long term.

I was a ballerina for many many many years but had to stop a few years ago, and I miss it so much! I wish I still had enough time in the day to do it, as well as the other dance styles I used to do :/
