| I would Recommend Phentermine and Alli. Combined together with exercise, I have a lost a total of 21 lbs in 6 weeks. |

| well, i tried xando, x fat,extrim, extrim x. i tried each for around 3-6 boxes, that's 3-6 months. but no results. yes,there's weight loss, but it's only minor, 3-5kg. once i stop, i gained more.side effects are, well, constipation.dryness of throat. heard there's laxative in the pills but i still get constipation although i drink almose 2 litres of water everyday. i end up feeling bloated like a water tank.heard there's ont called reductil. a friend tried it, lost a lot of weight, around 10kg but, she ended up acne prone and her face is full of acne scars.. but the figure is good. if i could choose, i rather want a nice face,fat body. |
