| is it a good order if i stretch, do some yoga, then jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, crunches, pilates, aerobics, run in place to cool down, then lift weights? Will this burn a lot of calories? ThanksAnd I would also probably do eight minute abs before aerobics |

| Sometimes it is better to do a bit more of one exercise than a heap of one. One of the best exercises for weight loss is cycling as you can do it for an extended period of time. When you can start exercising more than 1 hour at a time you will burn enough calories to really lose weight. But the best way to lose weight is to focus on your food.
