| Obviously I can't buy the dieting program from the weightloss4idiots website, so I'm trying to come up with a plan that fits with my schedule [school] and the foods my parents provide:] I'm 13, female, 5'3, and I weigh a little less than 125. 1) Will bigger "gaps" result in more weight loss? Like if I switch between 1200 and 1600 cals. between two days rather than just 1400 and 1500?2) Do the foods have to be completely different? Can I switch yogurt, whole wheat bread, fruit, and cereal to alternate between 4 days, while still losing weight?3)Lastly, how much do you think I can lose by alternating foods, based on my weight/height/etc.? |
