I know you don't want to talk about the calories, but that is the reason you will NOT be able to tone up. You are going to burn yourself out and your poor body is going to go in standby mode and barely survive. I would hold off on this huge exercise plan until you've increased your calorie intake, although a few sit-ups and yoga won't hurt. Take care of yourself!

Well...if you are only consuming roughly 200-400 calories a day, you need to get some protein in your diet ASAP! It helps build muscle, and the more muscle you have the more fat you'll burn! You have a pretty good work out plan...but I saw a fitness trainer and thats what I am going to school for...but you could try to change your exercise plan up and do Mon- Run 2-5 miles (doesn't have to be blazing fast "jog" if you need) Tues- Intervals on the treadmill (increasing and decreasing speed 7mph for 30 seconds, jog for 1 minute, 6mph for 30, jog for a minuteWed-Run 2-5 milesThur-IntervalsFriday-Run 2-5 milesSat-Intervals ....keep up with the other activities in the gym though!Ideas for protein...Soy Milk Soy Protien (sold at Wal-Mart in big containers Vanilla is great!) Whey Protien ...you can add those two to foods! EGGS! Hardboiled Cottage Cheese add Fruit like pineapples (not half bad!) Pretzles w/ low fat peanut butterLight Yogurt...Yoplait has some really good ones like strawberry and white choclate^^add low fat granola and its awesome! Oatmeal (you can do the flavored ones) add low fat granola and spice it up with maybe blueberries or strawberriesThat new Protien special K water!
