| I need to GET RID OF MY CALVES!?I need to GET RID OF MY CALVES!?I weigh 110, I'mn 5'2 and I'm a verrry skinny asian. My arms are skin and bone, which is the way that i like them. However, I have the largest calves ever! They're 13-14 inches aroundeach. I jump and run a lot in my house to get my adrenaline pumping, maybe two hours a day total. Maybe that's why? I do it without shoes on. How do I get rid of it?!?!?!?!(The muscle) Anything at all I'm crazy desparate. Oh, by the way I'm 16. My body looks abnormal and disproportionate. I'm skinny everywhere except my calve muscles. |

| I'm 5'6, 130lbs and I too have ALWAYS been insecure about my calves. They measure 14 inches around and I have posted questions similar to yours before and frankly...you can't get rid of them! So the way I see it, I might as well work on them and make them look toned and a little muscular rather than it being big and fat. Anyways, I've been working out on my calves a lot: calf raises, running, jumping jacks and a bunch of other stuff and they have toned pretty nicely. Although they haven't shrank in size, i've gotten numerous compliments on how great my legs look. So just deal with your calves and make the best of it because they aren't going to shrink. |

| Believe it or not, walking barefoot helps tone your calves, along with walking barefoot on rocks. Hell on the pedicure, but once you get the desired affects to your calves, treat yourself to a nice pedicure. |
