I just started taking this dietary supplement to help lose weight. I started a diet and exercise program about 5 weeks ago, but have not seen results. GNC recommended CLA as a stimulant free weight loss supplement. I have done some reseacrh on the product and am hearing a lot of controversy. Does anyone have any personal experience? Thanks!

I once owned and operated a health food store. Supplements are a waste of money. Educate your self on nutrition. Everyone's body is different, from size to blood type. Learn about sugar, salt, organic vs reg. Learn about cleaning your digestive system. Pay attention to how you feel 30min to an hour after you eat. Do you feel tired; bloated; or annoyed? stay away from those foods. Do you feel energized, happy, motivated stick with those. I eat pasta and feel really tired and cranky. So I avoid it at all cost.My roomate eats pasta and gets a rush of energy. Experiment with your own body.
