| There is no "program" to get you thin in a month or less. Yoyo dieting only causes you to gain more weight after you stop dieting. You need to make a lifestyle change by combining excerise and calorie intake. Anyone that tells you there is a quick fix diet program is misleading you. If there were such a program we wouldn't have overweight people. I think you needed to think about this last spring. Best advice go to the tanning salon. Darker skin gives the appearance of being thin. Good luck. |

| Forget low calorie diets since your metabolism will adjust itself.Do some cardio every other day (I prefer cycling) and learn about some not static calorie diet (so that you won't gain the weight back).Take a look here: http://fat-loss-for-idiots-reviews.weebly.com/Good luck! |
